In the third quarter of 2015, ROCK released their quarterly MarketREVIEW
report for the Lancaster County office, industrial, and retail markets. At the end of this quarter, vacancy rates in each of the asset classes were as follows: Office - 6.89%; Industrial - 5.10%; Retail - 3.06%. Total building sales in the Lancaster County market equated to approximately $14.8 million for 327,200 square feet of industrial, office, and retail space. Average lease rate during this time period were: Office - $10.60 per square foot; Industrial - $4.92 per square foot; Retail - $16.37 per square foot.
