Rachael oversees the Brokerage Support Team and assists in the strategy of new and improved processes in ROCK’s CRM in collaboration with the Director of Data Services. Rachael assists the Director of Operations on maintenance and proper utilization of documentation, implementation of processes across business segments, as well as assisting the ROCK Management Team in candidate review/hiring, professional development, and helping to improve and maintain ROCK culture.

Prior to joining ROCK, Rachael served as an International Sales & Marketing Account Manager with York Wallcoverings, Inc., located in York, PA. She was tasked with supporting a group of sales directors in the U.S. and abroad with project management, product placement, and continual analysis of processes and procedures to build better customer relationships.
