WHAT BEHAVIOR OR PERSONALITY TRAIT DO YOU MOST ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS? Adaptability. I’ve worked in different fields throughout my employment that have given me experience and qualities I can use to succeed in various situations/environments. I also bartend part-time at a local taproom – you might not often associate accounting with bartending, but there is a lot you encounter or learn in one field that can be applied to the other.
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP? I always wanted to be a teacher. I actually studied German in college and considered teaching, but ended up on a different path. I wouldn’t have expected it to lead to accounting!

TELL US ONE THING (AT LEAST!) THAT IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? A cross-country trip to visit National Parks.
TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF THAT WOULD SURPRISE US? Some of my hobbies include archery, hunting, and fishing. I was introduced by my stepdad and brother – we have a family cabin that we visit several times a year to fish, hunt, and spend time with family.
