WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB?  Each day is different and filled with different challenges. I love meeting new people and building relationships with owners, tenants and vendors. Maintaining so many different kinds of buildings means you learn something new every day.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT WORKING AT ROCK?  ROCK provides an atmosphere of professionalism while also offering unconditional support. ROCK is truly a team and there is always an open-door policy resulting in an extremely refreshing company culture.

WHAT BEHAVIOR OR PERSONALITY TRAIT DO YOU MOST ATTRIBUTE YOUR SUCCESS?  Adaptability, work ethic and pure stubbornness to do my best.

WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED?  No matter how much experience you have, there’s always something new to learn and there will always be room for improvement and growth. This advice is true to my heart, I believe you can learn something new every day and can always improve as a person, family member or employee.

WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE GROWING UP?  I wanted to be in the animal field doing something along the lines of a veterinarian or working at a zoo. I will always have an extreme love of animals, however, now I help with rescues and fosters as a hobby. My house will always be full of animals, that is for sure.

TELL US ONE THING (AT LEAST!) THAT IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?  To explore New Zealand or Australia.

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF THAT WOULD SURPRISE US?  We have four large dogs and couldn’t imagine life without them. I have always loved the outdoors and we have gone on hiking trips throughout multiple states where we always bring one or two of our dogs along. Two of these hiking trips included a multiple week backpacking trip and it will always remain as some of my best outdoor adventures.
